📊 My Driving — point TeslaHUD at your footage and it reads the hidden telemetry to build a full report on how you drive. It adapts to who was driving: if FSD did most of it you get an FSD report, if it was all you a driver report, and if it was a mix a side-by-side you vs FSD comparison on the same roads. It covers distance and time, a smoothness score, time on FSD, takeovers, phantom brakes, hard braking / cornering / acceleration, roundabouts and traffic lights, top speed, and even how far your speedo reads off true GPS.

✂️ Highlights — it automatically finds your interesting moments and stitches the ones you pick into a single reel (or saves them as separate clips) — perfect for making videos without scrubbing hours of footage. You choose what to find: FSD takeovers, pickups & drop-offs, roundabouts and traffic lights (split by whether you stopped or drove through), phantom brakes, hard braking, hard cornering, hard acceleration, lane changes, and top speed. Each moment is tagged where it matters — “you” vs “FSD”, and for braking “you braked” vs “the car braked” — so you can see exactly who was in control.

15 Jul 2026 — Large folders fixed. If you pointed TeslaHUD at a big dashcam folder (thousands of clips, like a full RecentClips) and it froze or showed no drives, that's sorted — large folders now load quickly and list your drives properly. Also added a “Loading drives…” indicator so you can see it working, and a heads-up for phone visitors (TeslaHUD needs a desktop or laptop).

This is the next thing I'm building. Highlights will go through your footage and pull out the moments worth watching on their own — FSD takeovers, pickups and drop-offs, hard braking, roundabouts — and stitch them into a single reel with the HUD on top, ready to post. It runs on the same analysis behind “My driving,” so once your folder has been analysed, building a highlight reel is quick.
